Annual HOA Meeting Rescheduled!

Board Meeting rescheduled to March 8, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Refer to new Annual Meeting page for more details.

We are awaiting legal feedback on our current documents. We are hoping to have the amended document to vote on as well as a vote on increasing the annual dues at the meeting.  Please review current documents as posted.

Our dues are still set at $35. The proposal is an increase to $70.  The HOA has not held a vote for raising dues in 10 years. An increase is much needed to cover our yearly operating expenses and to have reserve for common area repairs and improvements.

Another item of concern is the election of new HOA board members.  Please review the job descriptions posted and consider serving so we can move forward in keeping our community at its’ best.

Please send in your dues payment if you have not already done so.

The Scoop on Poop

Please remember when walking your pet to bring along a bag to pick up your dog’s deposits. Also, never let your dog poop on someone’s front lawn. For their safety, pets should never be allowed to run free.

Street Parking

If street parking of cars/trucks (9 consecutive hours or more) becomes an issue , as it seems to have become for several streets, you may wish to talk with your neighbor to resolve this or you can reach out to a Board member who can contact the Sheriff’s Office who will talk to the homeowner. Also, parking on the grass between the street and sidewalk as well as the yard, is not permitted. These are parish ordinances and not just an HOA request.
